1. Set Boundaries, Parameters and Targets

2. Model Decarbonization Pathways (Scope 1, 2 & 3)
Net Zero in hospitality requires more than building efficiency. It demands a coordinated strategy across both facility emissions and value chain emissions.
We build decarbonization models that integrate your portfolio structure, asset attributes, CAPEX plans, pipeline projects, and other strategies, in order to address two parallel tracks:
Buildings & Asset-Related Emissions
(Scope 1, Scope 2, and building-related Scope 3 such as leased and franchised assets)
Using our proprietary decarbonization model, we simulate energy, water, and carbon reduction scenarios across individual properties and entire portfolios.
